As a stationery company we ensure that all data taken from personal contact via phone/email/messages and from our website is used for our purposes only, and not sold or rented to third party companies.


We hold and use data only for the necessary amount of time to enable use to complete your service. This may contain of your Full Name, Email Address, Postal Address & Phone number. This data is used to ensure we have the correct contact details for you to enable us to contact you regarding your order and throughout your order process, and the delivery of your items. Your data is stored using a secure cloud-based program, and is deleted 3 months after your full service has been completed. We will also collect the general information from you that is needed to provide you the service that you are paying for, such as information to create Save the Dates, Invitations etc. We may provide your Contact details with our couriers, so that we can ensure the items you have purchased reach you safely, and that you can track and receive updates about your purchase, depending on the service you have purchased.


When you visit we use a third-party service, Google Analytics to collect standard information regarding your visit, such as the area you are visiting from, time spent on our website etc. This is all processed in a way to not identify an induvial, but more to gather patterns of number of visitors, times etc so we can enable we run our website in an officiant way to suit your needs.
