You will have now received the proofs for the stationery we are due to create for you. Please  ensure that you have thoroughly read the information below, and to accept and sign off your proofs and send to print, please click on the "Click to Accept your Proofs" button at the bottom of this page.

Please note, that printing will not proceed if you do not accept your proofs via this acceptance form. If you believe that your proofs require further adjustment, please email amomentofmagic@hotmail.com. After your proofs have been accepted they will no longer be able to be changed.

All proofs are created using the information that is sent to us by the customer, and sometimes adjusted if needs be which the customer will see. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all information and spelling given to A Moment of Magic is correct.

Please note that it is not always possible to copy and paste the information provided and information is often inputted manually by A Moment of Magic. Please note with this in mind human errors are to be expected and it is not the responsibility of A Moment of Magic to highlight these.

Please note that it is not the responsibility of A Moment of Magic to spellcheck any proofs provided and A Moment of Magic are not responsible for any errors proofs may contain. Please ensure that you have spellchecked your proofs thoroughly.

It is the customer's responsibility to carefully check all proofs and that all spelling and information included is correct. If the customer is to notice something is not, please ensure to translate this back to A Moment of Magic via amomentofmagic@hotmail.com.

Any additional printing required due to inaccuracies will be chargeable in full to the customer. Due to time constraints and availability, handmade items may not be able to be created by A Moment of Magic.

Where it is not possible to arrange a replacement order, no refunds will be payable.
