Please note, we will NOT collect any details from you at the time of purchase, this will follow as below:
- We will contact you directly for the wording for your wedding invitations via the email you used when placing your order within 3 working days*.
- Your first proofs will be sent within 5 working days* of receiving your wording. Any further proofs are then sent within 3 working days*.
- Once your proofs have been approved, your invitations will be created within a maximum time frame of 3 weeks.
*To see our opening times, please click here. Please note that Working Days do not include Bank Holidays or any days we are scheduled to be closed including emergency or unplanned closures.
When it comes to your wedding evening invitations, it's important to note that you should only typically include the main invitation details and your RSVP information via phone, email or website.
For your evening invitations, we recommend ordering the one-page option. You can easily add these to your daytime invitations order or come back at a later time to purchase them.
When you choose our modern wedding invitations, we will provide you with a matching envelope color for the cardstock you have selected, which is usually white or ivory. However, if you want a colored envelope, please contact us beforehand for more information. Equally, If you do not require envelopes, please contact us beforehand for a revised price.
It's important to note that the envelope color may not match the card color exactly.
We would always reccommend to talk to us beforehand so that we can advise you on the exact number of pages that we think you will need, and you can reach us via email amomentofmagic@hotmail.com. Alternatively please see below our guide*
- The Main Invitation is where information such as your Names, Date Time, Location will be placed.
- If you would prefer an RSVP to send back in the post (If you think your guests will get a stamp and post this back to you) this is 1 card. Alternatively like most people are doing now, you can have your guests respond via phone/email/website.
- Most people tend to now add a gift poem. This would be 1 extra page, but you could put this on the same page as your RSVP details if via phone/email.
- If you would like extra information such as Accommodation info, Children etc, this would be 1 extra card.
- We have never created this wedding invitation using more than 3 cards in total including the main invitation.
- If you think you will need more, or arent sure, PLEASE do contact us prior to ordering. 9 time out of 10 you need less space than you think :)
