Can you adapt things to suit my colour scheme?

Yes of course! Everything is COMPLETELY customisable, from colours to fonts, materials used etc. We can adapt everything to suit your colour/theme & budget.

Do you have availability for my stationery?

To check our availability, please either fill in our contact form/send us an email or give us a ring and we can discuss exactly what you would require and check our availability for this.

Our diary is becoming extremely full for 2018. Please book in advance to avoid disappointment.

Can i order a sample before placing my order?

Of course! You can order any samples via our website. Just put how many you would like in your basket and at checkout, make a note of the invitations codes you would like from the invitation page, and any specific colours you wish us

Please try and order any samples at least 4 months in advance, and ensure to check with us that we have availability to potentially create your invitations to avoid disappointment.

How do i order my stationery?

Please either email us amomentofmagic@hotmail.com or fill in our online contact form with the date of your wedding and your requirements. We can discuss exactly what you would like in further detail and then book in your production slot and send you over an invoice via email.

How do i pay for my order?

On receipt of your invoice, all details regarding payment will be detailed on this. You may pay by bank transfer, cash, cheque or over the phone using your debit/credit card. Please note that there is a 2.75% charge for any payments taken over the phone, and allow 5 working days for a cheque to cash. Deposits can vary depending on the order total & date of the agreed completion date. Interest fee Payment plans are also available, please contact us to discuss these.

How long will my order take?

Orders are completed on an agreed date between ourselves. Express creation slots may be available at an additional cost. We endeavour to complete any express orders within 21 days. Please contact us to check the availability for an express slot.

Do you help with the wording for our stationery?

Upon placing your order, we will email you with the password for the customer portal on our website, where you will find a number of documents to help you with the wording for your stationery. Of course, please always contact us if you need any more help with your wording.

Do you send me a proof before creating my stationery?

Upon receiving the wording for your Invitations, we will begin to create your designs and once ready send them over for you to proof, and amend until you are happy. We will then send them over again just before your balance is due for final proofing, and after this point it may be hard to change anything. We do not normally send over proofs for any day stationery, apart from Menus etc, but if you would like these, then please request these as soon as possible.

Do you have other Fonts available?

Of course! We select each font to complement our designs, however there are alternative fonts and colours to choose from for our designs. If you do see an alternative, please let us know to discuss.

I'm not local to you. Can you still create my stationery?

Of course! We can discuss everything over the phone/via email/messenger and even do a Skype consultation! We can send lots of pictures to ensure everything is perfect! We create stationery for all over the world, so when everything is ready, we will use our trusted delivery services to delivery everything safely to you!
